Seeking Housing

I'm seeking housing. I'm moving to Sitka on August 15th, 2007. I would like a one-bedroom (or rent a room). No more than $500.00 a month excluding utilities. I'm a 26 year-old male from Asheville, NC. I used to live in Ketchikan. I will be wintering-over there until next spring. I could house sit for you!
