Hello All,

We will have two good size bedrooms available for long-term rental (3-6 months lease required to start) beginning in early to mid June! Rent expected to be $650-$750 WITH utilities we are trying to keep it reasonable folks! Final rents will be decided in June.

Luxury home is in Sitka in vicinity of the High School and is convenient to but not directly next to shopping, schools/SJ/UAS and downtown. You may need a bicycle or car realistically, but it is walkable distance. Owners may help you with occasional car transportation to grocery shopping etc. but this is not guaranteed. There will be on-site parking available. Utilities will be either included fixed amount or fair share of actual depending on what works best for folks.

The house itself is beautiful and the rooms bright and cheery downstairs of 3-level home, will have large closets and will come with entirely new great furniture suites (from mattresses to dressers brand new) that is to say FURNISHED!

Applications will be accepted in early June but notices of interest are welcome and pre-screening will be done.

No pets sorry, no smoking, 100% drug-free home (no weed or hard drugs or ANYTHING illegal folks, prescription medication OK if prescribed by doctor) and this WILL be enforced if needed.

Two downstairs bedrooms share a separate bathroom. If this is a problem please don't apply. Cleaning of bathroom and bedroom areas will be required on a fair, rotating basis. Laundry and kitchen will be available on site!

Will consider double occupancy on a case-by-case basis. We will not discriminate unfairly but can only offer two rooms, so thank you for your understanding if you are not selected. There are plenty of people who need Sitka housing esp. in the summer months.

We are not able to occupy the house yet because present owners are not moving out until next month. The availability date for the rental rooms is (still) anticipated to be mid-June to mid-July. That would be the absolute earliest anyone could move in, assuming applications were completed and security deposits and move-in rent payment was completed.
